After 6pm, a strict smart casual dress code applies at Theo’s. Caps, offensive clothing, sports/activewear, thongs, hi-vis workwear, dirty clothing, face and neck tattoos, lingerie or crop tops will not be accepted. Tailored pants and shorts, collared shirts and closed in shoes are encouraged. All guest entry to Theo’s is subject to the discretion of our management and security team.

Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The pool is strictly for hotel guests of Astina Suites, with exception of exclusive event bookings on the Pool Deck.

Bookings are available on the website for up to 10 guests and via our Events Team for larger group bookings, however walk ins are always welcome.

Public parking is available in Judges Carpark, conveniently located next door to Astina Suites.

Theo’s and Astina Suites are smoke-free venues including in rooms, on balconies and all public spaces. We ask those who smoke to be a minimum of three metres from the outside of the building at all times. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes.

Yes, we have a dedicated Security team that ensures the safety of our patrons and staff. Theo’s will not accept or tolerate any unlawful behaviour. Patrons that display any signs of intoxication or aggression will be immediately removed from the venue.

A $4pp cakeage fee will be charged for any cake/cupcake brought into the venue.

Single weighted balloons are welcome. Any table decorations or large styling installations must be approved by Event Manager. Any unauthorised decorations will be removed.
